GIRL CRUSH

I will forever adore Sam Adams!!!! Not as famous as the beer, but waaaay cuter! I love her pixie-like features and "whatever-goes" kind of style - bohemian in a sort of way (teenage wasteland meets retro meets girl next door).

I love anything leopard print - but the simplicity of this shift dress make this one waaaay cool- not at all body con ♥ AND THOSE CAT EYES! RECENT INFATUATIONS

I've been a mall rat for the past two weeks - because Malaysia + SJSU don't start until net week, I've been spending a lot of time at Great Mall, Santana Row, Valley Fair, + Eastridge.

But since we're such frequent malll-goers, Lola and I are practicing shop rotation because we're starting to get familiar with the cashiers. When I'm mall ratting, I don't like seeing people I know - my mall philosophy is, unless we're out with some friends, I'm dressing simply (simple = no impressions) , and speaking to no one.

Two shops that I've been loving are Bath & Body Works + H&M - these are common stores, but I think only recently have I started to appreciate them:

H&M For Water ($19.95 Palm Tree Button-Up + $25 Bikini Set)

H&M has these amazing, retro-tropical printed line - I tried the shirt on, but it makes my petite asian self look like a middle aged tourist. The bkini set is such an amazing deal though!!! And totes adorable ♥ I'm trying to find H&M's scarf printed shorts - but they're MIA at my local stores. )-:

Bath & Body Works Scented Candles ($20 - Ice Cream Shop, Coco Lobo, Summer Boardwalk, + Root Beer Float)

Recently, I've been investing more on "well-being" items and less on clothing - like skin care, home (room, lol) decor, and stuff like that. (Taking cues from Lola.) Trying to be a classy lay-day! Bath & Body Works has these amazing summer scents that bring the beach to you ♥ - I'm especially in love with their candles.

My favorite are the coconut and summer venue-inspired scents. They really do smell like the things + places their named after! Since I won't be going out for a while, I'm gonna bring the "out" to me ♥.

although I've been using tumblr often, blog spot seems like a more appropriate place to post massive things - like obsessions, vlogs, thoughts, questions - about everything I love, which includes fashion, street style, curiosities, physics, archaeology, global lifestyles (+traveling!), + music (and playing it) ♥

sadness, because it's been a lonely summer - I'm traveling w/ my twin sister and her "significant other" most of the time - and my closest friends are so busssssyyyy!!! Can i have a "find-a-friend" hotline pls.
